[183 Wash Page 477] STEINERT, Justice. Plaintiff brought this action to recover the compensation provided in an existent legislative act relating to indigent blind persons. Defendants' demurrer to the complaint was sustained, upon the ground that the complaint did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. Plaintiff elected to stand upon his complaint, and the court thereupon [183 Wash Page 478] entered a judgment dismissing the action. From the judgment of dismissal, plaintiff has appealed.
